Candidates awarding us Search Assignments
In a nice turn of events, this week several people who registered with us earlier in their careers as job-seekers are now in positions to hire, and have engaged us to conduct searches.
It has always puzzled me that we haven’t received a steadier stream of assignments from our “candidates”…they have firsthand knowledge of our process from one side of the desk. . . it seems logical that they would engage us when they are on the other side. The only thing I can think of is that they fear being “exposed” as being registered with a recruiter, and thus perceived as “disloyal” to their current employer.
Fear not; we are absolutely discreet, and never reveal our familiarity with a candidate turned hiring manager.
