Turning Social Analytics into Intelligence – great presentation by Chris Ee of The Marketing Arm
This morning I attended a seminar organized by the Social Media Association of Long Island. The speaker was the lead Digital & Social Analyst of The Marketing Arm (div of Omnicom). One could imagine a presentation given by an Analyst might be pretty dry. But today’s presentation by Chris Ee was both informative and entertaining!
As Chris says: “Great Analysts can turn observations into insights that can impact the brand. It’s more than just reporting on numbers.”
I learned a lot about social media analytics, and had some laughs along the way…
Though I have to admit, there were parts that went over my head. As a Recruiter (not a professional social media practitioner/Analyst), there were parts that went a bit beyond my understanding of social media analytics.
All in all, the presentation was very informative, and worthy of a morning out of the office.
